 Our products will be delivered to you, even in remote areas. However, please note that delivery may take additional time in such locations.

The estimated delivery dates provided are based on the shipment date and calculated transit time.

Please be aware that factors such as incorrect shipping addresses, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Additionally, import duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon completion of the payment process, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once the confirmation email is received, order processing will commence.

All payments are conducted in USD at the time of purchase. If you opt to pay in your local currency, your bank will manage the conversion from USD to your local currency.

The order processing time typically ranges from 1 to 4 business days, as this period encompasses the review, packaging, and dispatch of your order to the postal service. Once these procedures are completed, a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process.

To expedite delivery, if you make multiple purchases, items may be shipped separately based on product availability. This approach ensures that each unit arrives as quickly as possible. If your order is affected, you will receive more than one tracking number.
